About
トマト栽培を始めて丸11年、12回目のチャレンジが始まりました。いろいろな事に挑戦しながら、甘くて美味しいミディトマトにこだわって栽培しています。 It has been a full 11 years since we began growing tomatoes — and our 12th season has now started. We keep challenging ourselves, devoted to sweet, delicious midi-tomatoes.
消費者の方に「美味しい」と思っていただくトマトを作るには、働く従業員の満足度が高くなければできない。そう考えています。5年ほど前からは、安心・安全なトマトをお届けし、従業員の労働安全を守るためJGAPに取り組み、働きやすく温かい職場づくりを心がけています。 We believe great tomatoes can only come from a workplace where staff are happy. About five years ago we adopted JGAP — for safe produce and for our team's safety — and we work to keep the farm warm and easy to work in.
Our Work
私たちの仕事は、大きく分けて「収穫」と「生育に合わせた管理作業」の2つ。難しい経験は必要ありません。一つひとつ、ていねいにお伝えします。Our work falls into two parts — harvesting, and daily care suited to the plants' growth. No special experience is needed; we'll guide you step by step.
品質と味のバランスを考えた“適期”に収穫し、美味しい状態でお客さまにお届けできるよう心がけています。色づいたトマトを、ひとつずつていねいに摘み取る作業です。We pick at just the right time, balancing quality and flavor, so tomatoes reach customers at their best — gently harvesting each ripened fruit by hand.
日々、生長するトマトと向き合いながら、トマトにとって良い栽培環境となるよう管理作業を進めます。植物の変化に気づく、やりがいのある仕事です。Each day we tend the growing plants, keeping the greenhouse just right for them. Noticing the plants' small changes makes this a quietly rewarding job.

お子さまの急な発熱・通院でのお休みや遅れての出勤も大丈夫。ご連絡をいただければ対応します。Sudden days off or late starts for a child's fever or check-up are fine — just let us know.
空調服・冷涼ベスト・首掛け扇風機などを貸出支給。冷蔵庫にお茶や塩分タブレットも用意しています。Fan-jackets, cooling vests and neck fans are provided, with tea and salt tablets in the fridge.
土を使わない養液栽培。ハウス・温室内のクリーンな環境で、動きやすい服装で働けます。Soil-free hydroponics means a clean greenhouse — work in comfortable, everyday clothes.
毎月の勤務表で、お休み希望日を事前にご記入いただけます。学校行事やご家庭の予定も大切に。A monthly schedule lets you request days off in advance — school events and family time matter.
電子レンジ・冷蔵庫・ウォーターサーバーを備えた休憩場所。トイレもハウス内に併設しています。A break area with microwave, fridge and water server — restrooms are on-site too.
受動喫煙の防止と、安全なトマトづくりのため、ハウス・温室など敷地内は禁煙です。To protect everyone and keep our tomatoes safe, the whole site is smoke-free.

毎月の勤務表をご用意していますので、お休み希望日は事前にご記入をお願いします。前日などの急なお休みは、ご連絡をお願いします。Yes. We keep a monthly schedule — please note your desired days off in advance, and call us for last-minute changes.
近場の方は一度帰宅して昼食後に午後出勤される方と、お弁当を持参して休憩場所で食べる方がいます。休憩場所には電子レンジ・冷蔵庫・ウォーターサーバーを設置しています。Some go home and return in the afternoon; others bring a lunch to eat in the break room, which has a microwave, fridge and water server.
空調服（ファン付き上着）・保冷剤入り冷涼ベスト・首掛け扇風機・小型扇風機などを貸出支給します。冷蔵庫にお茶や塩分補給用のタブレットも用意しています。We provide fan-jackets, cooling vests with ice packs, neck fans and small fans, plus tea and salt tablets in the fridge.
ハウス・温室内での仕事です。土を使わない養液栽培なので泥汚れはありません。安全のため、スニーカーや動きやすい服装で大丈夫です。Work is inside the greenhouse. With soil-free cultivation there's no mud — sneakers and comfortable clothes are perfect.
暴風警報の発令時や強風で危険を感じる場合は、事前にメール等で仕事の有無をご連絡します。降雪時も同様です。If a storm warning is issued or strong winds feel unsafe, we'll notify you in advance whether to come in. Snow is handled the same way.
水筒の持参も可能で、休憩場所にウォーターサーバー、冷蔵庫にペットボトルのお茶も用意しています。トイレはハウス・温室に併設し、仕事中は声かけ不要で自由にご利用いただけます。Bring your own bottle if you like; there's a water server and bottled tea in the fridge. Restrooms are on-site and free to use anytime, no need to ask.
従業員の受動喫煙防止と、消費者へ安全なトマトをお届けするため、ハウス・温室など敷地内は禁煙です。To prevent secondhand smoke and keep our tomatoes safe, the entire site is non-smoking.
